We have a 48 hour cancellation/no show policy. If you cancel under 48 hours of your appointment or no show your appointment, you will be charged 60% of your scheduled service cost to the card that is on file. If you do not have a valid card on file and we can not process your payment, an invoice will be sent to you and must be paid in full in order to schedule further appointments. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please reach out as soon as possible!

If you are 15 minutes or more late to your appointment, you will be asked to reschedule your appointment and you will be charged a fee of 60% of your scheduled service(s). Please refer to our Cancelation Policy if you have any further questions.
